This month’s story is from Aspen Chase Apartment Missionaries in Dallas, Texas
Our yearly Christmas party that was on the ninth. We open doors to all kids and we had children that never have even been to church. Thids one young man, for one of his gifts, received a Bible. He got excited and said he always wanted one.We talked and told him to read it each day even if he did not understand it all. He asked when we would be back open because he wanted to come back and learn more!! There was a shine to his face. Each child got presents and we talked about the real reason for Christmas. It was a special day. We watched a Dvd about the life of Jesus and sang songs together. We had food and fun but this one boy was meant to be here and receive God’s Word and that made it all worth the work the time and the stress. I cannot wait until next year to see this young man of God grow learn and become a blessing to others. He already was to us!
